Returns & Refunds

At Milas Catering Pty Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Certain items may not qualify for returns due to hygiene, custom orders, clearance items, or special-order products.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the claim, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution but are generally completed within 5 – 10 business days after approval.

Shipping or courier fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as a return request subject to this policy.
